The present invention provides, as a film roll that has excellent shape stability and offers a film having an excellent appearance, and in which trapping of air does not occur during winding, winding misalignment does not occur during winding or after winding, and tightening due to winding does not occur, and as a chemical agent package in which one of various types of chemical agents, particularly a liquid detergent, is packaged in a film unwound from said film roll: a film roll made by winding a polyvinyl alcohol-based film including a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin (A), wherein, when the entire width on the outermost surface of the film roll is divided into ten equal parts in the width direction, the difference (X-Y) between the maximum value (X) and the minimum value (Y) of the Leeb hardness compliant to ASTM A956 measured at ten points, each of which being the center point of each equally divided part on the same line, is 70 HL or less; and a chemical agent package. |
