An array substrate, a display panel, and a display device, capable of increasing the viewing angle of the display device. The array substrate comprises: multiple data lines (20) and multiple gate lines (10) intersecting each other. A column of pixel units is arranged between adjacent data lines (20). Each pixel unit in at least one pixel unit comprises at least two subpixel electrodes, a voltage compensation unit (51) configured to charge at least one subpixel electrode of the pixel unit, and a voltage divider unit (52) configured to reduce the voltage of at least one of the remaining subpixel electrodes of the pixel unit. By adjusting the voltage compensation unit (51) and the voltage divider unit (52) to make the voltages of the subpixel electrodes to become different from each other, liquid crystal molecules in areas respectively corresponding to the subpixel electrodes are made to incline at different angles, thus implementing wide viewing-angle display of the display device.
