The present invention relates to a rotor and a motor including the same and, more specifically, to a rotor capable of more intensively using the magnetic flux of magnets, and a motor including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a rotor and a motor including the same, the rotor comprising: a plurality of rotor cores; a plurality of magnets alternating with the rotor cores along the circumferential direction and magnetized such that the magnetic flux of the magnets is formed in the circumferential direction; a coupler connected with a shaft; and a rotor frame integrally formed with the rotor cores, the magnets, and the coupler through injection molding and coupled therewith at the same time, wherein each rotor core includes: a pole shoe forming a gap between the rotor core and a stator; and a rotor core body having a depression formed thereon, which is recessed in the radial direction at an opposite side of the pole shoe, and side surfaces of the magnets located on the opposite sides of the rotor core are partially exposed by the depression to form pores in the circumferential direction. |
