An anti-thread-stripping and effort-saving screwdriver and a screwdriver assist device. The screwdriver consists of a screwdriver rod (1), a screwdriver head (2), a handle (3), an external thread (4) disposed on the rod, and a tightening member (5). The assist device consists of the external thread (4) and the tightening member (5). The tightening member (5) is also provided with an internal thread (51) and a tightening head (52) thereon. When in use, the tightening member (5) screws the internal thread (51) thereof on or off surrounding the external thread (4) to adjust a distance between the screwdriver head (2) and the tightening head (52), such that a bolt head (6) is tightly engaged between the screwdriver head (2) and the tightening head (52) and cannot move substantially. Therefore, the present invention can prevent a bolt head and also a screwdriver head from being stripped, thus saving screws, reducing force needed for screwing and ensuring the quality of screwing. The present invention can be applied to various types of electric, pneumatic or other power-driven screwdrivers. |
