An apparatus comprising: an upper-stage part (10) having a gas introduction unit (1) into which a gas component G is introduced, a liquid introduction unit (2) into which a liquid component L is introduced, and a distribution unit (3) in which the gas component G and the liquid component L that are introduced are respectively distributed; a packed bed (20); and a lower-stage part (30) having a mixture liquid storage unit (4) and a mixture liquid supply-out unit (5), wherein the present apparatus has a liquid extraction unit T capable of extracting a part of the liquid component L stored in aliquid storage unit (3a) and a flow rate adjustment unit V1 for adjusting a flow rate of the liquid component L, a part of the liquid component L stored in the liquid storage unit is extracted and the liquid level height h of the liquid storage unit quickly by an amount of extraction of the liquid component L is controlled/adjusted. The mixture liquid M extracted from the lower-stage part is supplied out by a supply-out pump. This ensure a uniform mixture liquid fabricated by stable gas-liquid mixing and ensured supply of the mixture liquid under stable conditions, even when rapid change occurs in characteristics such as the flow rate, pressure, or the temperature, of the gas component or the liquid component. |
