Provided are a driving mode switching method and module, and a display apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a preprocessed reference image (101); performing image feature recognition on the reference image (102); according to a result of performing image feature recognition on the reference image, performing colour block division on the reference image, so as to generate a colour block set contained in the reference image (103); according to the sequence of colour blocks contained in the colour block set, calculating coupling voltages of various colour blocks and the brightness difference values corresponding to the coupling voltages (104); according to the brightness difference values corresponding to the coupling voltages, determining a crosstalk result (105); and according to the crosstalk result, switching a driving mode (106). Since a driving mode can be switched, according to the switching method, the display can be prevented from crosstalk which easily occurs because of being fixed as a column flipping mode, a line flipping mode or a frame flipping mode, or from abnormal display that may occur because of being fixed as point flipping driving.
