[Solution] An information processing apparatus that is provided with: a virtual-space-data generating unit that generates data on a virtual space that includes a virtual object that has an attribute; a listener arranging unit that arranges a listener that detects contact with the virtual object; and a tactile-data generating unit that, when the virtual object, a virtual object at which the listener has been arranged, and another virtual object have come into contact, on the basis of attribute information for the virtual object and/or attribute information for the other virtual object, generates tactile data that operates a tactile device.
