摘要 This light source device (100) comprises a light source (1) that emits excitation light and a phosphor layer (3) that receives the excitation light and emits fluorescent light and diffused excitation light; and this light source device (100) emits the fluorescent light and the diffused excitation light as illuminating light. A heat dissipation plate (4) is bonded to the phosphor layer (3) and dissipates the heat generated in the phosphor layer. At the bonding surface between the phosphor layer and the heat dissipation plate, a plurality of recesses (6) are formed in at least one of the phosphor layer and the heat dissipation plate, and at least some of the recesses are filled with an adhesive (7) so that the phosphor layer and the heat dissipation plate are bonded with each other by means of the adhesive. Consequently, the present invention provides a light source device that has high heat dissipation properties, while being suppressed in separation at the bonded part or breaking of the phosphor layer due to temperature increase.
