For the purpose of manufacturing a plastic product (1) having a bottom (10) and an upright wall (20) extending from the periphery (11) of the bottom (10), an injection mold having a bottom forming cavity and a wall forming cavity connecting to the, periphery thereof is applied. The forming cavity of the injection mold is filled with fluid plastic while pressure is being exerted, in two stages with an interruption of the supply of fluid plastic between, wherein only a central bottom part (12) is formed in a first stage, after which the supply of plastic is temporarily stopped, until the start of a second stage in which the forming cavity of the injection mold is further filled. The plastic product (1) can have a wall thickness of 0.5 mm up to 0.55 mm or its upright wall (20) can be provided with a corrugated shape. |
