The present invention proposes a method, system and devices for establishing secure control mechanisms for the aerial navigation of unmanned vehicles (for example, unmanned aerial vehicles, UAVs). The invention increases security in the aerial navigation of UAVs, by means of authentication, authorisation and monitoring mechanisms that solve current technical vulnerabilities, especially in UAV control communications and in the information generated by the UAV, creating links between the pilot of the UAV (pilot), the UAV, and control or regulating bodies for aerial security (ASAs).
