A USB utilization method, a USB device and a storage medium. The method comprises: when it is detected that a USB connection cable is inserted, detecting a data communication hardware pin signal of a USB; when it is detected that the data communication hardware pin signal changes, determining that an inserted device is a communication device, and powering up a USB controller and a USB PHY; and when it is detected that the data communication hardware pin signal does not change, determining that the inserted device is a charging device, and not powering up the USB controller and the USB PHY. In this way, an unnecessary power-up initialization action of a USB can be avoided, both greatly simplifying an original flow and improving the accuracy of recognition. |
