Warping or cracking of a solar battery cell is suppressed. A solar battery module manufacturing method comprises: a step of arranging a plurality of solar battery cells 2 in which p-type electrodes 3 and n-type electrodes 4 are alternately disposed on a rear surface 2d, in such a way that the p-type electrodes 3 of one solar battery cell 2A are adjacent to the n-type electrodes 4 of other solar battery cells 2B, 2C, and that the n-type electrodes 4 of the one solar battery cell 2A are adjacent to the p-type electrodes 3 of the other solar battery cells 2B, 2C; a step of affixing a laminate 9 including an electrically conductive base material 7 and an electrically conductive adhesive film 8, so as to straddle the p-type electrodes 3 of the one solar battery cell 2A and the n-type electrodes 4 of the other solar battery cell 2B, and affixing the laminate 9 so as to straddle the n-type electrodes 4 of the one solar battery cell 2A and the p-type electrodes 3 of the other solar battery cell 2C; a step of pressure-bonding the laminate 9 onto the p-type electrodes 3 and the n-type electrodes 4 at a temperature of lower than 180°C; and a step of laminate pressure-bonding the plurality of solar battery cells 2 after the pressure-bonding, a sealing resin 13, a surface cover 14, and a back sheet 15 at a temperature of lower than 180°C, thereby connecting the p-type electrodes 3 and the electrically conductive base material 7, and connecting the n-type electrodes 4 and the electrically conductive base material 7. |
