Provided is a power supply device for a vehicle for which manufacturing costs can be reduced which is capable of charging regenerative and auxiliary power storage devices using appropriate voltages. A first power storage device is charged via a bidirectional converter and is discharged to a load via the converter. A first switch allows the selection of on/off between the converter and the first power storage device. A second power storage device is charged via the converter and is discharged to the load via a route bypassing the converter. A second switch allows the selection of on/off between the converter and the second power storage device.
