Provided are a method and device for transmitting resource allocation information. The method comprises: transmitting, by a source eNB, D2D related information to a target eNB; and receiving, by the source eNB, D2D resource allocation information from the target eNB, and informing a UE of the D2D resource allocation information. The target eNB arranges the D2D resource allocation information for the UE according to the D2D related information, thereby solving a problem in which a conventional technique is unable to ensure continuity of a D2D service when a UE switches between various scenarios in dual connectivity, and accordingly effectively ensuring continuity of a D2D service when a UE in dual connectivity switches between various scenarios. |
