Provided is a polypeptide that inhibits Aβ protein aggregation of Alzheimer's disease, and an amino acid sequence thereof is Xaa1-Xaa2-Xaa3-Xaa4. Xaa1 and Xaa3 are identical amino acids and selected from I, V or L, Xaa2 is selected from Q or N, and Xaa4 is selected from A, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, M, P, R, S, T, V, W or Y. The polypeptide inhibits aggregation of Aβ40 and Aβ42, and is used for preparing medicine for treating Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. |
