The purpose of the invention is to let a terminal device and a base station device communicate with each other efficiently using an UpPTS or an SRS. This terminal device receives a cell specific parameter indicating the application of resetting of a first parameter which is used for calculating the length of an SRS sequence with respect to an UpPTS of a special subframe, and transmits SRSs. In cases where the resetting of the first parameter is enabled, the value of the first parameter is: the same as a predetermined value among a plurality of values; or a value smaller than said predetermined value and the largest value among the plurality of values. With respect to the first symbol in the UpPTS, the predetermined value is an uplink bandwidth setting value, and with respect to the second symbol in the UpPTS, the predetermined value is a value found by subtracting, from the uplink bandwidth setting value, a value that is 6 times the number of format 4 PRACH in the UpPTS. |
