A scalable vector graphic image reorganization method and reorganization apparatus. A particular embodiment of the method comprises: acquiring a scalable vector graphic image (101); decomposing the scalable vector graphic image into image units, and acquiring position information about the image units (102); loading the image units to a target page, and determining positions of the image units on the target page according to the position information (103); and combining the image units in the positions, and generating a reorganized scalable vector graphic image (104). The embodiment improves the processing efficiency of the scalable vector graphic image in a webpage making process.
