Provided is a compound which imparts an organic silicon resin with thermoplasticity. A novel vinyl silane compound represented by formula (1). (In the formula, each A independently represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1-6 carbon atoms; and each Y independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1-12 carbon atoms.)
