A bracket (23) is urged in the direction in which a friction wheel (31) is caused to make elastic contact with a drive wheel (1) and a driven wheel (2) by an elastic member (33) supported by a pair of guide rods (20). When the pressure with which the friction wheel (31) contacts the the drive wheel (1) and the driven wheel (2) is not uniform, a swinging arm (16) and the bracket (23) are caused to swing due to the reaction force loaded on the friction wheel (31) from the higher contact pressure side, so that the pressure with which the friction wheel (31) contacts the drive wheel (1) and the driven wheel (2) is harmonized. |
