By means of the second imaging system (20) respectively performing optical path adjustment of the N separate laser optical paths, the N separate laser optical paths are enabled to have the same penetration depth, and therefore no further optical path adjustment is required when a different light source is used, thereby economizing on time-consuming optical path adjustment during experiments.
