The present invention relates to an electronic watt-hour meter for transmitting power failure information in real-time, comprising: a power failure determination unit for detecting an abnormal current and an abnormal voltage, and then comparing the abnormal current and the abnormal voltage with preset conditions so as to determine a power failure, and generating a power failure alarm event; a communication unit for transmitting the power failure alarm event to a power failure management system when the power failure is determined by the power failure determination unit; and a power supply unit including a battery and supplying power to the power failure determination unit and the communication unit.
