The present invention relates to a 3D printer and a method for manufacturing a 3D object capable of manufacturing a 3D object by using continuous liquid spreading production (CLSP). A 3D printer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a resin container for accommodating a photocurable resin; a resin supply unit for supplying the photocurable resin through a fluid supply path connected to a hole formed at the bottom of the resin container; a base plate provided with a fluid tube which is placed at a predetermined height from the bottom of the resin container and capable of ejecting the photocurable resin, wherein a resin reservoir capable of storing the photocurable resin is formed between the bottom of the resin container and the base plate; and a light irradiation unit for irradiating light onto the base plate.
