The present invention achieves an integrated life-saving system technology which can efficiently use the simple oxygen generating properties and high energy storage qualities of nitrous oxide (N2O) that is used, for example, as a tranquilizer under the name of laughing gas, and which minimizes casualties in the event of a disaster as a multifunctional emergency life-saving device. The present invention also expands the range of manned activities by being used as an oxygen generating and power generating device in a closed environment such as in the sea or in space. |
