The element has a cross-sectional profile formed with an enclosed area. A closed chamber is extended above entire length of the element, where supporting function of the element is guaranteed by natural fiber-reinforced plastic e.g. wood-plastic composite material. Treads e.g. rollers, are formed in the cross-sectional profile. A pressure chamber is utilized to transport gaseous or liquid medium. Side walls (31) are arranged in central chambers (3). The element is made of timber plastic composite material. The timber plastic composite material is selected from a group consisting of polymer polypropylene, polyethylene, polyoxymethylene or PVC.
