The invention relates to a transportable construction including a generally box-shaped base cell (2), of which one of the longitudinal side walls (3) is lined on the outside by a foldable structure (7) including a floor (8), a longitudinal side surface (9), a ceiling and two flanges (11). The longitudinal side surface (9) of the foldable structure (7) is permanently coupled to the floor (8) of the foldable structure (7) so as to form a mobile assembly when the foldable structure (7) passes from the extended position to the folded position or vice-versa; the longitudinal side surface (9) and the floor (8) of the foldable structure (7) together form an angle (α) with a minimum value of at least 45°; and the longitudinal side surface (9) of the foldable structure (7) is arranged to at least partially cover the ceiling of the base cell (2) in the folded position of the foldable structure (7). |
