Provided is a device for minimizing torque fluctuation in a rotating member, wherein the peak of torque fluctuation is minimized in a relatively wide speed range. This device is provided with an inertia ring (20), a centrifugal element (21), and a cam mechanism (22). The inertia ring (20) is disposed so as to be axially aligned with an output-side rotational solid (12), the inertia ring (20) being capable of rotating together with the output-side rotational solid (12) and free to rotate relative to the output-side rotational solid (12). The centrifugal element (21) receives centrifugal force due to the rotation of the output-side rotational solid (12) and the inertia ring (20). The cam mechanism (22), which has a cam (26) and a cam follower (25), receives the centrifugal force acting on the centrifugal element (21), causes the output-side rotational solid (12) and the inertia ring (20) to rotate, and when there has been relative displacement along the direction of rotation between the output-side rotational solid (12) and the inertia ring (20), converts the centrifugal force to peripheral-direction force in a direction in which the relative displacement is reduced. |
