According to the present invention, a base substrate comprises: a first substrate (110) that has a first main surface (110a) and a second main surface (110b); and a first wiring member that is arranged on the first or second main surface. According to the present invention, a pixel substrate comprises: a second substrate (201) that has a third main surface (201a) and a fourth main surface (201b); a plurality of light emitting elements (202), a driver IC (205) and an external connection terminal, which are mounted on the third main surface; and a second wiring member (206) that is arranged on the third or fourth main surface. The driver IC drives the plurality of light emitting elements. The external connection terminal receives an input signal supplied from the outside of the pixel substrate. The second substrate (201) is laminated on the first substrate (110) so that the first main surface and the fourth main surface face each other. The second wiring member is electrically connected to the first wiring member by means of a via hole (215). |
