A charging control circuit (200) of an intelligent charger (100), comprising: a load detection circuit (210) for detecting and recognizing a charging protocol type of a load accessing the intelligent charger (100), and generating a feedback signal according to the recognized charging protocol type; a voltage input circuit (220) for a user to input an adjusted voltage value; a control circuit (230) for receiving the feedback signal and the adjusted voltage value and generating a voltage control signal according to the feedback signal or the adjusted voltage value; and a charging circuit (240) for adjusting an input voltage according to the voltage control signal and then forming an output voltage to charge the load.
