Disclosed are a data transmission method, device and system for solving a problem in which the existing high-frequency micro base stations are unable to select, on the basis of uplink feedback of UEs, appropriate beams for data transmission for the UEs. Provided is a data transmission method applied to a communication system comprising a first base station and a second base station. The method comprises: acquiring, by the first base station, and among multiple beams of the second base station, a target beam capable of serving a terminal having accessed to the first base station; and transmitting, by the first base station, a part of or all downlink data of the terminal to the second base station so that the second base station transmits, via the target beam, the received downlink data to the terminal, thereby enabling the terminal to establish, via assistance of the first base station, a downlink data link with the second base station, accordingly increasing a resource utilization rate of the second base station while reducing a load of the first base station, and increasing throughput of the terminal. |
