The present invention relates to a biosensor chip comprising a metal-coated substrate, a cross-linked polymer layer and at least one group attached to the surface by means of the binding sites, said chip comprising individual, defined, spatially separate regions with differing degrees of derivatization as measuring regions (spots). The present invention further relates to a method for producing the biosensor chip, to the use of said biosensor chip for interaction analysis, in screening methods, or as a microarray in surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging, and also relates to an SPR imager which contains the biosensor chip according to the invention. |
