1. An image processing apparatus comprising:
a first imaging unit configured to capture a first image of an object placed on a document board; a first image generation unit configured to generate a first corrected image by correcting the first image; a second imaging unit configured to capture a second image with higher resolution than the first image of the object placed on the document board; a second image generation unit configured to generate a second corrected image with higher resolution than the first corrected image by correcting the second image; and a display unit configured to display the first corrected image until the second corrected image is generated and to display the second corrected image when the second corrected image is generated.
