The BiSbTeSe-based thermoelectric material is prepared through powder mixing, alloy smelting and other steps. The BiSbTeSe-based thermoelectric material in the present invention has the advantages of low thermal conductivity and good thermoelectric properties, which expands the application area of thermoelectric material. |
