Disclosed are a super cell generation method, splitting method, generation apparatus, and splitting apparatus, a communication system, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: during generation of a super cell, saving backup data of each target common cell on a network element corresponding to each target common cell, and then combining the target common cells to generate the super cell. During splitting of the super cell, because the backup data of the target common cells is saved on the network elements, the backup data can be synchronously migrated even if the network elements are migrated. |
