An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus, which are used for reducing the number of patterning processes for the array substrate, so as to reduce production costs of the array substrate, and improve the production efficiency and the device utilization rate. The manufacturing method for the array substrate comprises: successively forming a first transparent conductive layer (25) and a metal layer (26) on a base substrate (21); and forming a gate electrode (261), a source electrode (262), a drain electrode (263) and a first transparent electrode (251) using one patterning process.
