According to an embodiment of the present invention, in a storage battery device, a plurality of battery boards, each having a plurality of series-connected cell modules, are connected in parallel, each of said cell modules being provided with battery cells. The storage battery device is provided with: a performance value acquisition unit that acquires performance values of the cell modules; and an information generation unit that generates relocation information for relocating, among the battery boards, the cell modules on the basis of the performance values of the cell modules thus acquired, so that the performance value variance of the cell modules after being relocated to one battery board is less than that before the relocation, thereby reducing working space, working labor, and working hours of performing the relocation. |
