[Problem] To provide a plant cultivation system whereby a plant cultivation process after germination until harvest can be automated. [Solution] A plant cultivation system 1 for cultivating a plant comprising: holders 3 each of which holds one stock of a plant 2 under cultivation; and a rail 4 which supports the multiple holders 3 in such a way as being movable along the longitudinal direction and which is configured so that each time when one holder 3 is supplied from one side in the longitudinal direction, multiple holders 3 move toward the other side in the longitudinal direction in response to the supplied holder 3 as described above.
