PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cutting into half and fillet neatly without waste, in a fish processing device.SOLUTION: A composite cutting round tooth in which an effective long blade of a main cutting fishbone round tooth 68 and a sub cutting fishbone round tooth 72 can be changed, is used for cutting a belly of the fish, and a cutting round tooth 86 is selectively used for selectively performing cutting into half and fillet. |
