PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seismically strengthen the whole structure while utilizing the inside of the structure.SOLUTION: A load transfer member 100 provided along a ridge direction on the span-direction outside of a structure 10 receives a span-direction horizontal load acting on the structure 10 during earthquakes, and transfers the received horizontal load to earthquake-proof wall frames 22 and 24 that are gable-side frames. Thus, the span-direction swing of the structure 10 is effectively suppressed to enhance earthquake resistance of the whole structure 10. |
