A self-compensating gate drive circuit, comprising: a plurality of cascading GOA units; the level-N GOA unit comprises: a pull-up control module (1), a pull-up module (2), a down transmitting module (3), a first pull-down module (4), a bootstrap capacitor module (5), and pull-down holding modules (6); the pull-up module (2), the first pull-down module (4), the bootstrap capacitor module (5) and the pull-down holding modules (6) are electrically connected to the level-N gate signal point (Q(N)) and the level-N horizontal scan line (G(N)); the pull-up control module (1) and the down transmitting module (3) are electrically connected to the level-N gate signal point (Q(N)), and the pull-down holding modules (6) input direct low voltage (VSS); the pull-down holding modules (6) comprise a first pull-down holding module (61) and a second pull-down holding module (62) working alternately. The self-compensating pull-down holding modules (6) are designed to improve the reliability of long-term operation of a gate drive circuit, and reduce the impact of a threshold voltage drift on the operation of the gate drive circuit. |
