The present invention has: a control board having an electronic component mounted thereon; a frame-grounding plate 12, which is formed with respect to a base unit 200 such that the frame-grounding plate can be connected to the ground, and which is connected to a frame-grounding pattern in the control board; and a first heat dissipating plate 11, which is provided by being separated from the frame-grounding plate 12, and which is connected to a grounding pattern of the control board. The first heat dissipating plate 11 is in contact with the base unit 200 independently from the frame-grounding plate 12. Consequently, an electronic apparatus having excellent heat dissipation characteristics and high noise resistance can be obtained. |
