PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion art between dissimilar polymers in which a burr and an adhesion failure are hardly caused, and even if the burr occurs, it can be easily removed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a water proof product includes: a process in which a rear face of a battery cover 12 comprising a first polymer is press-contacted to a mold 22 for molding a packing by insert mold clamping; a process in which a mist-like primer in which an adhesion component is included or dissolved is injected in a groove shape concavity 20 from a gate 28 that communicates with the groove shape concavity 20 of the mold 22, and an adhesion preparation region 38 is formed in the rear face of the battery cover 12; a process in which a second polymer for forming the packing is injected from the gate 28 to be charged in the groove shape concavity 20; and a process in which the second polymer is solidified, then the battery cover 12 is taken out form the mold 22. |
