PURPOSE:To provide a method and device for document processing, which easily selects and outputs a desired character notation corresponding to an inputted reading. CONSTITUTION:The document processor outputs the character notation corresponding to the inputted reading by providing a word dictionary 105 storing readings, character notations and field information making correspond to the character notations, a normal converting function 101 extracting the character notation corresponding to the inputted reading by referring to a dictionary 105 in correspondence to field information of document data in process of inputting and a homonym converting function 102 displaying plural conversion candidate by each selected field when the plural conversion candidates exist. |
