PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce a cooling capacity of a hydraulic drive cooling fan, and prevent the overcooling of an object to be cooled.SOLUTION: A control system of a hydraulic drive cooling fan comprises: the hydraulic drive cooling fan (1) which is rotatable to a rotation direction reverse to forward rotation, cools the object to be cooled by taking in outside air, and reduces an air volume to the object to be cooled at reverse rotation more than that at the forward rotation; temperature detectors (304 to 307) for detecting temperatures of the object to be cooled; and a control device (300) which performs first control for setting the number of rotations of the hydraulic drive cooling fan according to the detected temperature when the detected temperature is higher than a lower-limit threshold temperature, and second control for setting the number of rotations of the hydraulic drive cooling fan to the minimum number of rotations and making the fan rotate at the reverse rotation when the detected temperature is lower than the lower-limit threshold temperature. |
