PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation member for a building in which an air flow is blocked by a flashing piece to prevent a three-dimensional net-like filter material from being directly exposed to rain water and ventilation performance and waterproof performance are made compatible, and which is easily designed.SOLUTION: A ventilation member for a building comprises: a vent hole 6c1 communicating to outside air 14; a flashing piece 5c facing the vent hole 6c1; and a counter piece 6h facing the flashing piece 5c at an opposite side of the vent hole 6c1. A clearance between the flashing piece 5c and the counter piece 6h is defined as a ventilation path 12c communicating with the vent hole 6c1 and in the ventilation path 12c, a three-dimensional net-like filter material 13 is provided which is gas-permeable and causes a loss to wind pressure. |
