PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in TT that an estimated position of a target deviates significantly from an actual position due to sudden veering or a sudden change in a speed of the target, and therefore actual movements of the specific target cannot be tracked even if processing is performed to change a filter coefficient in accordance with a change in an estimated speed.SOLUTION: A target motion estimating device 10 includes: an echo signal acquisition unit; a phase change information acquisition unit for acquiring information on a phase change between two or more echo signals from a specific target with almost equal distances from an electromagnetic wave transmission source but with different directions; a target information acquisition unit for acquiring an observation position of the specific target on the basis of the echo signals; and a prediction unit for calculating a predicted position which is a predicted observation position of the specific target obtained at a subsequent scan by using the phase change information and the observation position information. According to this configuration, the above problem is solved and a target motion estimating device 10 is provided for estimating target motion at a higher accuracy than in prior art. |
