PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy saving and cost reduction.SOLUTION: An air amount control system includes: fume hoods 101-1, 101-2 installed in a room 100; local exhaust valves EXV1, EXV2; and a supply air valve MAV. A controller of the air amount control system includes: a local exhaust air amount control unit for adjusting the local exhaust air amount by the local exhaust valves EXV1, EXV2; a supply air amount control unit for adjusting the supply air amount by the supply air valve MAV so that difference between an air amount of the supply air blowing to the room 100 and a total sum of the local exhaust air amount coincides with a predetermined setting value, under the condition that an air amount equal to or more than a preset minimum value is always blown; and an exhaust air amount compensation unit for increasing the local exhaust air amount by proportionally dividing the shortage amount of the exhaust air amount to the local exhaust valves EXV1, EXV2, when the difference between the supply air amount and the total sum of the local exhaust air amount does not coincide with the setting value, and the exhaust air amount is insufficient. |
