PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of tools of a turret head capable of turning and positioning the turret head around a Y axis (in direction of B axis) without increasing its diameter regarding the mounting structure of a tool on the turret head of a lathe and the turret head for mounting the tool with such a structure.SOLUTION: A plurality of oblique mounting parts is provided for mounting a lathe tool in an oblique radial direction in a turret head including a plurality of radial mounting parts for mounting a tool, particularly a rotary tool or a turning tool in the radial direction in the outer periphery of the turret head. The oblique mounting parts are arranged on the bus lines of circular cones having different apex angles. The oblique mounting parts are preferably positioned on the middle parts of the radial mounting parts having angular positions (phases) adjacent to each other around an indexing axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
