PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor using a piezoelectric sheet capable of keeping the sensitivity sufficiently high.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric unit 3 is a pressure sensor 3 supported by a housing 16, and includes a piezoelectric sensor 11, a support body 18, and electrodes 15 and 17. The piezoelectric sensor 11 includes a piezoelectric sheet 13. The support body 18 is a member for making the housing 16 support the piezoelectric sensor 11. The support body 18 is partially disposed at an outer peripheral edge of the piezoelectric sheet 13 so that piezoelectric sensor 11 is easily deflected. |
