PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which visualizes risk information about animal infection disease by providing an objective index for decision making in work stages for disease control by at least municipalities and farms related to the animal infection disease countermeasure.SOLUTION: A device 10 comprises: a work flow creation unit 12 which creates work flow assigned to three entities consisting of a prefecture of an area where an animal infection disease has occurred, a plurality of municipalities belonging to the prefecture, and a plurality of farms belonging to the municipalities to countermeasure the animal infection disease; a scenario candidate determination unit 13 which determines a plurality of candidates of a work scenario determined according to decisions made by the entities at each work stage in the work flow; a risk index calculation unit 15 which calculates a risk index indicating a size of damages predicted to occur in the infected area by the animal infection disease according to each of the plurality of work scenarios; a risk index presentation unit 16 which presents the plurality of work scenarios by correlating with the risk indexes calculated according to each work scenario. |
