PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for performing disuse treatment of a used rotor shaft of steam turbine.SOLUTION: A disuse treatment device (disassembling device) 12 includes a band saw movable base 16 placed and supported on a base 14, a band saw support structure 18 supported on the band saw movable base 16 movably in the horizontal direction, a band saw device 20 supported on the band saw support structure 18 movably up and down, and work receiving stands 22, 24, 26, 28 for supporting a rotor shaft 10 on the base 14 by shaft parts 10a on a plurality of spots in the direction of the center axis X of the rotor shaft 10. |
